The Department of Physics, Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology (GJUST), Hisar, Haryana, India warmly welcomes you to the International Conference INNOST NANO 2026, a hybrid (online & offline) event, scheduled to be held from 5–7 October 2026.
INNOST NANO 2026 provides an international platform for scientists, researchers, academicians, industry experts, and young innovators to present and discuss recent advances and emerging trends in nanoscience, nanotechnology, and interdisciplinary research. The conference aims to strengthen academic–industry interactions, promote collaborative research, and explore nano-enabled solutions for contemporary scientific, technological, and societal challenges.
The conference will include keynote and invited lectures by eminent experts, along with oral and poster presentations, technical sessions, and interactive discussions, offering valuable opportunities for knowledge exchange and professional networking. Participants from across the globe are invited to join this stimulating hybrid scientific event hosted in Hisar, India

Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology (GJUST), Hisar, established in 1995 by the State Legislature of Haryana, is a leading state university dedicated to excellence in teaching, research, and innovation in emerging areas of science, technology, pharmacy, management, energy, and environmental studies. Spread over a 372-acre green campus, the University offers 100+ UG, PG, and Ph.D. programs through 27 teaching departments, aligned with NEP-2020. The Department of Physics, established in 1996, is committed to providing research- and career-oriented education through a balanced blend of pure and applied physics. The department offers a Dual Degree B.Sc. (Hons.) Physics–M.Sc. Physics (3+2 years) and a M.Sc. Physics (2 years) with specializations in Condensed Matter Physics, Photonics, Materials Science, and Nuclear Physics, following the UGC Model Curriculum.
Supported by a dynamic faculty, the department actively engages students through research projects, seminars, workshops, industry interactions, and academic visits. With strong expertise in photonics, nanomaterials, thin films, solar energy, nuclear and theoretical physics, the department promotes interdisciplinary research and innovation.
Housed in a modern facility with well-equipped laboratories, the department has received major research funding under UGC-SAP, DST-FIST, and DRDO schemes, fostering a vibrant academic and research environment.

SUBMIT ABSTRACT
When preparing the abstract for submission, please ensure that it adheres to the following guidelines:
​​Abstract Content: The abstract should provide a concise summary of your research, stating the main aim, scope, and conclusions of your study. It must briefly explain the purpose of the research, highlight key results, and present major conclusions.
Structure: The abstract must be self-contained, meaning it can be understood without reading the full paper. It should focus on providing the essential points of your work in a clear and structured manner. Avoid using references, uncommon abbreviations, or technical jargon unless absolutely necessary.
Length: Keep the abstract size less than 200 words. The goal is to make it informative yet concise, summarizing the core elements of the study.Originality: Ensure the abstract is free from any form of plagiarism, maintaining a similarity index of less than 10%, excluding author names and affiliations.
Abstracts must be entirely original.
Submission Format: Follow the specified Abstract Format provided in the link.
The abstract should meet these formatting requirements before uploading. After submitting, wait for the acceptance notification and your Abstract ID. Only upon receiving this will you proceed with registration for the conference.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

REGISTRATION
Registration is compulsory for participation in or paper presentation at the conference. At least one author should registerfor the paper presentation. The registration fee (non- refundable) is as follows:

Do the payment in INR (for all Indian Nationals) and in USD (for all Non-Indian nationals and NRIs) only.​

It is mandatory that at least one author of all accepted abstracts has to register for the conference to ensure that the paper is included in the proceedings.
-
Only one of the registered authors is allowed to present the paper.
-
Multiple authors are not allowed to present the same paper.
-
Paper presentation Certificate will be issued to the paper presenter (and all co-authors, if all of them individually submit the registration fee for the same paper as per their registration category).
-
Additionally, the co-authors should be present (in-person or online) in the conference when one of the authors of the paper is presenting the paper.
-
Only registered attendees (who are not going to present any paper) are allowed to attend the event.

Certificate of Attendee will be issued to them.

Registration fee* covers conference kit, access to domain specific session, conference paper presentation / attendee certificate and best paper presentation award sessionwise, tea with snacks two times and lunch on each day of the conference.

Once you receive the abstract acceptance notification along with Abstract ID from us then only you can proceed with the registration.

Identify the registration category from registration fee table.

Scan the QR code for payment.Save the payment details in the form of an image or pdf file and upload through the Submit registration details button.

After uploading the registration fee proof, please wait for 2-3 days to obtain the payment receipt then only your Registration will be complete.

Selected full-length research papers that are aligned with the theme and scope of the conference will be considered for publication in Scopus Indexed , Web of Science Indexed, Google scholar, ISSN journals subject to the respective journal’s peer-review process and publication guidelines.
